1. We at House of Flowers by Marry Me always work to ensure our customers get our freshest flowers. To ensure this, all our products hand delivered.
2. We cannot commit any time for delivery. Deliveries will be made between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on the given date.
3. Orders received upto 12:00 pm IST can be delivered on the same day unless delivery date is mentioned in the order details.
4. The delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address, unless these changes are informed 24 hours prior to delivery date.
5. At the current time, we offer deliveries in Mumbai only.
6. We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases :
a. Delivery not done due to wrong address provided by the sender.
b. Recipient not available at the given address.
c. Premises found locked.
d. Wrong phone number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
e. Recipient refused to accept the products due to any reason.
f. Delivered the product at the gate/ reception/ neighbor/relative.
7. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.
8. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
9. No change in instructions can be entertained within 24 hours of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our customer support team.
10. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at orders@houseofflowers.in
11. We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh Flowers, chocolates, etc after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
12. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery within 7 days of the delivery.
